All our products are sourced directly from Australian authorized distributors which you'll receive full local service and support. At a minimum our products comes with 12 months warranty. We will handle all warranty on your behalf if you require it.

All goods supplied by the Supplier are warranted free from defects during their warranty period. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier.

Should you receive an item which is DOA (dead on arrival) please inform us immediately and we will replace it.

Returns Policy

For all A1FutureShop repair/replacement warranty, a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number must be obtained through Product Returns Link. Returned items without an approval (RMA) from A1FutureShop will not be processed. Please select your goods carefully prior placing order or request for information by placing a product inquiry before purchasing as we do not normally accept returns for refunds, credit or exchange based on change of mind, incorrectly ordered. Returns base on change of mind, made a wrong purchase decision will be at A1FutureShop’s discretion and may attract a restocking fee which is fixed at the current market value less 20%. Items must be return within 7 days of receipt. Should a warranty claim be required, you will return the item at your cost to us, and we will handle the return freight to you after repair or replacement.

Products returns should be considered as fragile in transit thus should be packed with their original packaging. A1FutureShop shall have no liability for any damage caused during or as a result of transit. If in an event product a return is test with no-fault-found. A1FutureShop reserves the right to charge a service fee and the non-faulty item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

In the event that an order is cancel by customer due to change of mind. The following term of conditions are applying:

• No additional fees will be charged for cancellation of order that has not been processed
• We will charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the product value for orders that has been processed and shipped
• Please select your goods carefully prior placing order or request for information by placing a product inquiry before purchasing as we do not accept returns for refunds, credit or exchanges based on change of mind, incorrectly ordered, incompatible or unsuitable goods. Returns under this category will be at A1FutureShop’s discretion and may attract a restocking fee of 20%.
• Refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days of receipt of returned goods subject to the condition of the item being received in good and resale-able condition. Please note that orders will only be considered cancelled once you have received confirmation from us, by email, that this has been done.
